1355 Ellison Ave HVAC replacement permit issued for Bosse Funeral Home
Tom Drexler Plumbing is replacing the HVAC air handler/coil for Bosse Funeral Home at 1355 Ellison Ave. The AC/coil-only job is a single 3-ton system (air handler on the roof, condenser at ground level), estimated at $12,000, and the property is owned by Ellison Avenue Properties LLC—so it’s more of a routine equipment refresh than a full remodel.
