611 Colorado Ave HVAC replacement permit issued

A+Derr Heating and Cooling will replace the AC and furnace at 611 Colorado Ave for owner Patrick Alan Erdley. The residential replacement, estimated at $9,349, increases the system from about 2 tons to 3 tons and swaps the air handler/coil and an 80% furnace (equipment in the basement with the condenser at ground level); no new ductwork is planned and the permit has been issued.
