648 S Shelby St issued for HVAC replacement (heat pump and air handler)
Rick Allgeier Associates Inc is replacing the heat pump and air handler for Jose and Sandra Bautista at 648 S Shelby St, with Jose Bautista listed as the contact (502-644-2899). It's a like‑for‑like 5‑ton electric system with no new ductwork, estimated at $10,000—so more of a straightforward swap than a major renovation. The permit has been issued and remains active through 01/13/2027.
