613 BLUEGRASS AVE HVAC replacement permit submitted
Tom Drexler Plumbing is swapping out the AC coil and condenser heat pump at 613 Bluegrass Ave for owner Kathleen Herling — it’s an AC/coil-only replacement for the single-family unit. The 2.5-ton gas system will have the air handler/coil in the basement and the condenser at ground level, with no new ductwork; the job is estimated at $7,500 and shows $105 in outstanding fees.
