It's a one-system residential HVAC replacement — current and proposed capacity are 4 tons, with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level, and no new ductwork planned. The project is estimated at $9,274 and the permit has been issued (expires 01/10/2027), so the Schultes should be back to comfy soon.
