9601 Harvard Commons Court HVAC replacement permit issued

Michele Balz is swapping out the heat and air at 9601 Harvard Commons Ct. Miller Services will replace the air handler/coil and an 80% furnace for the existing 3-ton system (equipment in the attic, condenser at ground level); the project is estimated at $7,650 and the permit has been issued and is valid through 01/10/2027.
