8212 Devonshire Dr HVAC replacement permit issued
Allstate Mechanical LLC will swap in a new HVAC setup at 8212 Devonshire Dr for owner 20 Acres LLC, installing a 2‑ton air conditioner, new coil/air handler and an 80‑AFUE furnace as a residential replacement. The project is estimated at $7,500, the condenser will be ground‑level, and the replacement permit has been issued and is active through 01/07/2027.
