6005 Goalby Dr furnace replacement permit issued
Bryant Heating & AC will replace the gas furnace for Carol Mayes at 6005 Goalby Dr. The work — permitted for owner Moss Creek Enterprises LLC — is a single-system swap to an 80‑type gas furnace, estimated at $5,800 with no new ductwork, and the permit was issued on 07/09/2026 (valid through 01/07/2027), so it looks more like a tidy equipment swap than a full HVAC overhaul.
