10001 Omar Khayyam Blvd HVAC replacement permit issued
Dennis Keating has filed for an HVAC replacement at 10001 Omar Khayyam Blvd, with Tom Drexler Plumbing listed as the licensed contractor. The job is an AC/coil and air-handler swap with a condenser/heat pump (one 2‑ton system), estimated at $14,000, and the permit has been issued. It’s a straightforward replacement—no new ductwork, equipment is in a closet with the condenser at ground level—and a final inspection was requested for 07/21/2026.
