9211 Pagoda Dr HVAC replacement permit issued
Deborah S. Dixon is having a residential HVAC replacement at 9211 Pagoda Dr. DAUENHAUER HVAC (licensed professional chris.evans@turnpointservices.com) will install a Goodman 2.5-ton full system—replacing the air handler/coil and the existing 80 AFUE furnace with equipment in the basement and a ground-level condenser—rated up to 16.5 SEER2. The project is estimated at $11,855, so expect a more efficient (and cooler) home once it's finished.
