809 GLENBARR PL mechanical permit issued for 4 ton AC/coil replacement
Dauenhauer HVAC (licensed pro Chris Evans) is replacing the 4-ton air conditioner and air handler/coil at 809 Glenbarr Pl for owners Glen R. and Cassandra K. Bastin, with the project estimated at $8,771. It's a like‑for‑like upflow AC/coil swap with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level outdoors—no new ductwork—and the permit has been issued and is valid through January 6, 2027, so neighbors should expect a routine service visit rather than major construction.
