2116 Gladstone Ave HVAC replacement permit issued

Kenny Frick of Prudential HVAC is replacing the gas HVAC system at 2116 Gladstone Ave for owner Margaret Ernst et al., swapping in a 2-ton setup with a new air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and a 90% furnace. The residential replacement permit has been issued, notes the equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level, and is valid through 01/05/2027.
