Higgins Mechanical Services LLC is installing a new 3-ton electric heat pump and air handler with a 15k heat strip and new ductwork at 7704 Cottage Cove Way for owner Aquamarine Propertys LLC. The residential HVAC project is estimated at $13,500, with the equipment located in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside; the permit has been issued and inspections are forthcoming.
