7911 ACME WAY Mechanical permit issued for HVAC replacement (AC and coil)
Elite Heating & Air is replacing the air conditioner and indoor coil at 7911 Acme Way for owner John R. Olex — a simple residential HVAC swap for the existing 3-ton electric system. The permit has been issued (expires 12/31/2026); the condenser will sit at ground level, no new ductwork is planned, and the job is estimated at $1,000.
