3333 GOLDSMITH LN HVAC system replacement permit issued
Elite Heating & Air will replace the residential HVAC system at 3333 Goldsmith Ln for owner Gayle M Lockard Revocable Trust. The electric replacement will swap out the air handler/coil for one system—interestingly the paperwork shows an increase from 2.5 to 15 tons—with no new ductwork, the condenser at ground level, and a project value estimated at $1,000.
