236 DELMONT AVE HVAC replacement: 2.5-ton condenser and coil
ASVKY-1 LLC (Aire Serv, with licensed pro Shelley DuBoise) is replacing a 2.5-ton condenser and matching coil at 236 Delmont Ave for owners Wayne E. & Marjorie L. Langham. This is a straight residential HVAC replacement—air handler/coil and condenser only—with the equipment located in the basement and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $7,750. The permit has been issued and is valid through 12/31/2026, so it looks like a professional, permitted swap rather than a DIY fix.
