Automatic Air Corp has an issued residential HVAC permit to replace the heat pump and coil at 501 Pine St for the Fante Living Trust. The electric replacement covers one 2.5-ton system (air handler/coil and condenser) with a project value estimated at $6,900, with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside.
