3805 STOCKRIDGE RD HVAC replacement - air handler/coil and condenser heat pump

Prudential HVAC will replace the AC components at 3805 Stockridge Rd for the Kathleen Wagner Irrevocable Trust, swapping the air handler/coil and condenser heat pump on a single 3.5-ton electric system (air handler in the basement, condenser at ground level). The residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued and is valid through July 1, 2027.
