3011 SOMBER WAY HVAC replacement permit issued
Project Heating & Cooling is replacing the HVAC system for owner Michelle Childers at 3011 Somber Way, with the permit issued and valid through 07/01/2027. The job, estimated at $6,840, replaces the air handler/coil and a condenser heat pump with a single two-ton system (no new ductwork), the condenser sits at ground level so installers won’t be climbing onto the roof, and a final inspection is scheduled for 07/02/2026.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
