2100 ST LOUIS AVE issued HVAC replacement permit

Tom Drexler Plumbing is replacing the AC coil and air handler for Liberty Tabernacle Church at 2100 Saint Louis Ave. The like-for-like HVAC swap installs a 2.5-ton gas system with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level, estimated at $9,700.
