6500 KEELING PLACE RD HVAC system replacement permit issued
3D Heating And Cooling LLC is replacing the residential HVAC system for Banks Curtis Lane Jr at 6500 Keeling Place Rd. The work replaces the basement air handler/coil with a like-for-like 3-ton electric system and an outdoor ground-level condenser (no new ductwork), with the project estimated at $8,000 and the permit issued while inspections are still pending.
