Buffat Services Inc. is replacing the furnace and HVAC system at 1858 Rutherford Ave for owner Jessica C. Fig, installing a 3.5-ton setup with a new air handler/coil, a 90% furnace, and a condenser/heat pump (equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors).
