5515 Random Way HVAC replacement permit issued
Becht Givens Service Experts is replacing the residential HVAC at 5515 Random Way for owner Swen Christiana N. They’ll install a 70,000 BTU, 96% AFUE up-flow gas furnace and a 3-ton air conditioner with matching coil (project estimated at $9,000); the condenser will sit at ground level and no new ductwork is planned, so it’s basically a straight swap to boost home comfort and efficiency.
