Robbins Heating & A/C Co., Inc. is replacing the carriage house air conditioner and coil for the Royce H. Bailey Living Trust at 1436 S 3rd St. The electric 2-ton system (air handler/coil and condenser heat pump) will be installed on Level 1 with the condenser at ground level, estimated at $4,800, and the permit has been issued and is valid through 12/24/2026 — so a cooler carriage house is on the way.
