13501 Hollows Ln HVAC New Construction permit issued
A1 Mechanical of Louisville LLC is installing a new residential gas HVAC system at 13501 Hollows Ln for owner Clayton Properties Group Inc. dba Eli, with the project listed as new HVAC construction and estimated at $14,482. The permit is issued (valid through 12/24/2026) for one system with new ductwork; equipment will sit in the basement with the condenser at ground level, so expect installers working on-site rather than a rooftop unit.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
