7411 Crabtree Dr Louisville KY 40228 HVAC replacement permit issued
Stellar Mechanical is replacing the downflow sunroom HVAC at 7411 Crabtree Dr for owner Harper James A, installing an 80% downflow 1.5‑ton gas system (a full system swap) with a ground‑level condenser, estimated at $6,300. The permit was issued on 06/24/2026 and is active with inspections pending—no new ductwork is planned, so it looks like a straightforward equipment swap rather than a big remodel.
