Allison Byrd Edgington has an issued permit to replace the HVAC at 3400 Trail Ridge Rd, upgrading to a 3.5-ton, 14 SEER Goodman air conditioner paired with a 96% efficient furnace. Dauenhauer HVAC (contact Chris Evans) is doing the work, the equipment will be in the basement with the condenser at ground level, no new ductwork is planned, and the project is estimated at $11,508.
