2506 PADDOCK LN mechanical permit for furnace and AC replacement
Butch & Sons Heating & AC is set to replace the furnace and AC at 2506 Paddock Ln for owners Sutherland Arch F Jr & Robin K under an issued residential HVAC replacement permit. The project, estimated at $8,900, installs a 2.5-ton system with a new air handler/coil in the basement and a ground-level condenser (permit valid through 12/22/2026).
