8021 APPLE VALLEY DR HVAC Residential replacement permit issued for gas furnace
Birkhead Co Inc is installing a gas furnace at 8021 Apple Valley Dr for owner Susan Sulzer as a residential HVAC replacement, swapping in an 80% furnace while keeping the same 3-ton capacity. The permit was issued on 6/19/2026 (expires 12/18/2026) with an estimated project cost of $4,900 and $105 in fees paid — no new ductwork or rooftop units are planned, so it looks like a straightforward furnace swap rather than a major overhaul.
