4206 MACHUPE DR HVAC Residential Replacement permit issued
DR P's HVAC is replacing the heat pump and air handler at 4206 Machupe Dr for owners Joseph and Rebecca Ansari, and the permit has been issued (valid through 12/16/2026). The project replaces a 3.5-ton system — air handler in the basement with a ground-level outdoor condenser — with an estimated cost of $10,000; the Ansaris can be reached at (502) 572-8600 if neighbors have questions.
