2052 Emmet Ave HVAC replacement permit issued

Rachel Weinrich (listed with co-owner Gavin Weinrich) has a permit to replace the AC and furnace at 2052 Emmet Ave. Bryant Heating AC will perform a gas HVAC replacement—swapping the air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and an 80% furnace while keeping a 2.5-ton capacity; the air handler will be in the attic and the condenser at ground level.
