David R. and Rebecca S. McLaughlin have hired licensed pro Chris Parker to replace their residential HVAC at 10911 Golden Drive, installing a 98% efficiency furnace, a two-stage heat pump, and a new evaporator coil. The one-system swap (2.5-ton) will sit in the basement with the condenser on the side of the house, is estimated at $5,000, and doesn’t include new ductwork — basically a straightforward upgrade to keep things cozy.
