1510 CADET CT HVAC Replacement permit issued
Sean Killion is replacing the AC and furnace at 1510 Cadet Ct, with Bryant Heating AC listed as the contractor. The gas-system swap (air handler/coil and condenser heat pump plus an 80% furnace) keeps the home's 2.5-ton capacity, will have equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level outdoors, and is estimated at $3,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
