10405 Hillpark Drive HVAC system replacement permit issued
CI Group Two LLC is replacing the HVAC system at 10405 Hillpark Drive. Licensed professional Chris Parker will oversee an electric, single-family replacement that swaps the air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump for a like-for-like 2-ton system, with the project value estimated at $5,800 and no new ductwork proposed. The condenser will be mounted to the side of the building and ladder access will be provided for inspections.
