566 Blankenbaker Ln HVAC Replacement - Issued
Lambs Heating & Air Conditioning is replacing the HVAC at 566 Blankenbaker Ln for owners Ben J. Talbott Jr. and Sandra R. Talbott. The permit was issued for an electric, like‑for‑like swap of one 4‑ton system — the air handler/coil will be replaced with no new ductwork — with an estimated project cost of $5,975. The condenser will sit at ground level, and $105 in permit fees has been paid, so it looks like a straightforward comfort upgrade for the house.
