2315 ECTON LN HVAC replacement permit issued (AC coil only)
Air Support LLC is replacing the air handler/AC coil at 2315 Ecton Ln for owners Walter M. and Lois Thomson, swapping in a like-for-like 2.5-ton electric unit. The straightforward residential replacement (no new ductwork, equipment in the basement and condenser at ground level) is estimated at $6,000 and the permit has been issued.
