604 HILLROSE DR Mechanical permit issued for HVAC replacement
Project Heating & Cooling is performing a like-for-like HVAC system replacement at 604 Hillrose Dr for owners Cynthia J. and Dennis D. King, swapping a 3.5-ton air handler/coil and a matching outdoor condenser with a project value estimated at $10,780. This straight replacement for the single-family home installs equipment in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors (no new ductwork), and the permit has already been issued.
