1038 Runell Rd applied for mechanical permit to replace 2.5 ton split system
ASVKY-1 LLC (licensed HVAC contractor Shelley DuBoise) is replacing a 2.5-ton split system at 1038 Runell Rd for owner Jonide H. Coulanges. The like-for-like replacement — air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% AFUE furnace — keeps the system at 2.5 tons with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside, with an estimated cost of $14,291.30.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
