7025 Train Station Way HVAC permit issued for new construction home
Energy Control HTG & A/C (licensed pro Shawn Peck) is installing an HVAC system in a new-construction single-family home at 7025 Train Station Way for owner Orell Development LLC. The job includes new ductwork, one system with a ground-level outdoor condenser, and the project value is estimated at $20,000. The permit is issued, so this looks like one of the final mechanical touches as the house gets move-in ready.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
