Owner Michael Dennis Patterson has an issued permit to replace the gas furnace, coil, and AC at 632 Lindell Ave. Licensed HVAC contractor Evan-Blake Burkhead will swap in a single 2.5-ton gas system with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level, with the project estimated at $6,000. That should mean cozier winters and cooler summers for the house once the work is done.
