Owner Killian Anthony M is replacing the home's HVAC at 6211 Outer Loop with an electric system, a single 2-ton setup, estimated at $11,577. The project replaces the air handler/coil and the condenser heat pump — the air handler will be in the attic and the condenser at ground level — and the applicant says ladder access will be provided for inspections.
