4518 IVY CREST CIR issued for HVAC replacement
Bryant Heating AC is replacing the AC and furnace for Don Wood at 4518 Ivy Crest Cir — a residential gas HVAC replacement of one 3.5-ton system with the air handler in the attic and the condenser at ground level. The job for owner Ivy Ridge Patio Home Association Inc is listed with an estimated cost of $2,000 and the permit has been issued, so the new system should be humming along soon.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
