2018 LOWELL AVE HVAC replacement permit issued

Automatic Air Corp is replacing the AC and furnace at 2018 Lowell Ave for owners Dennis & Sharon Boyd, with the project estimated at $15,000. The work swaps one gas system (staying a 4-ton unit) — new air handler/coil, a 90% furnace and condenser/heat pump — with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside.
