843 Mulberry St HVAC replacement: furnace, AC, and ducts
Weber Heating & Air is swapping out the furnace and air conditioner and installing new ductwork at 843 Mulberry St for owner MIGSJM LLC. This residential HVAC replacement is an issued permit for a single 2.5-ton gas system (air handler/coil and ground-level condenser), so the house should be more comfortable once the new gear is in.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
