315 NEW ENGLAND CT HVAC replacement: 3 Ton A/C, 3 Ton Coil, 100K BTU 92% Furnace
LITSEY HVAC is replacing the residential HVAC system at 315 New England Ct for the William L Morris Living Trust. The job swaps in a 3-ton A/C and 3-ton coil paired with a 100K BTU, 92% efficiency gas furnace, with the outdoor condenser staying at ground level, and is estimated at $9,000. It’s a straight replacement—no new ductwork or rooftop units—so more like a routine system upgrade than a big remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
