200 Tyne Rd Mechanical Permit issued for mini-split in garage office
Tyler Brian, a licensed HVAC contractor, is installing a ductless mini-split to heat and cool the garage office at 200 Tyne Rd for owner Michael Scott Silliman. The electric system is a single unit with no new ductwork planned and the outdoor condenser will be mounted on the side of the garage about 7 feet up for yard clearance. The project is estimated at $4,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
