Wyatt & Donna Stedman have an issued permit to replace the gas furnace at 4617 Crossfield Cir, swapping in an 80% efficiency unit with a project value estimated at $2,000. Bryant Heating AC is the licensed contractor listed for the job and will handle the installation.
