1214 Park Hills Dr HVAC Residential - Replacement permit issued
Elder Heating AC (licensed pro Kaylee) is replacing the single electric HVAC system at 1214 Park Hills Dr for owner Kerry A. Rexroad, with the project estimated at $8,213. The two-ton job replaces the air handler/coil and the condenser/heat pump on Level 1 with the condenser at ground level — basically a like-for-like residential system swap.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
