2927 Curran Rd issued for new ductless mini-split 12K BTU HVAC installation
WCA Group LLC is installing a new ductless mini-split (12K BTU) at 2927 Curran Rd for owner Robinette Lora Danielle, and the residential HVAC permit has been issued for one electric system. The project is estimated at $9,016, with the outdoor condenser at ground level and the indoor unit planned for Level 2 or higher — so a cozier, more efficient home is on the way.
