4522 SOUTHERN PKY HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Peterman Brothers will perform a like-for-like residential HVAC replacement for owners Erich V. and Connie C. Shumake at 4522 Southern Pkwy, swapping a 2.0-ton AC, indoor coil, and a 60k BTU GR9S80 furnace. The gas-powered, single-system swap is estimated at $24,968, involves no new ductwork, and looks like a straightforward equipment update rather than a big renovation.
